About

ULTIMATE IMPACT

Mission

Our mission is to lead spiritual seekers to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ in every area of life, grow in loving fellowship with one another, and multiply disciples. Simply stated, we are reaching upward to God, inward to one another, and outward to those who are far from God.

Vision

Our vision is to be a biblically functioning network of believers who make, mentor, mature, and multiply disciples so that Christ’s purposes can be accomplished in this world through us, thereby bringing glory to God.

A Ministry without Borders

We will accomplish this vision by being a ministry without borders. In this age of technology, we are not limited by geography in the ways we have been in the past. Mentoring and coaching can happen between people on different continents. We will facilitate mentoring groups (2-5 people), house churches (6-15 people), and congregations (enough groups in a particular area to be an effective church community) worldwide wherever committed Christians will gather.

So Jesus’ vision is our vision and Jesus’ mission is our mission.

Jesus’ method of making disciples makes so much more sense than the ways we see churches attempt to evangelize. Jesus never neglected the crowds, but focused a large part of His ministry on a few people. He taught them everything they could learn for the short time He was with them and then they did the same thing with others. By the time the Apostle Paul had written his letter to the Colossians, he could say, “…This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant…” - Colossians 1:23. Paul understood the method Jesus used and later wrote Timothy and gave him the same instructions on how to lead the church. “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.” 2 Timothy 2:2. This method reached the entire world in the first century and God is no less powerful today. Take a look at what could happen if everyone brought one person to the Lord each year, then trained them to lead someone else to the Lord the next year and kept the progression going.

When Jesus began His Earthly ministry, He chose and called a few men to be with Him. These men followed Him throughout His ministry and learned His ways, His mindset and His heart. By following Jesus, their lives were radically transformed and were later used by God to transform the world around them.

Why aren’t we more intentional about seeking out other Christians who have a similar passion, network together, and pray for each other and for those whom we are trying to reach? Why don't we share resources so everyone can learn from each other’s experiences? This web page is a continuing effort to network with people who have taken the Ultimate Impact Challenge to do just that.

Emulating Jesus requires many sacrifices, but with these sacrifices come great rewards. First, there is the internal reward of knowing you are in God’s will and are following His command to make disciples. Also, there is the reward of being used by God in ways that will change other peoples’ eternal destinies. Ultimately, our reward will be found in Heaven when there are souls of people there whom we loved, taught and discipled. If there are more people in Heaven, then more glory is brought to God.
